Bedraggled, a crumb of a girl
Category Archives: poetry
There’s a storm in my chest –
Oh be still! Be still – my heart!
Something for Emily Dickinson;
It appears I’m light-weighted when it comes to the lyrics of you
Do you love my art as much as you do me?
I want so badly – for my words to reach you –
My head as a barrel of bees;
Forget hinges – I don’t even have a door to speak of!
Muse
I want to lose myself with you –
Nights were made for adoring souls
The weeping moon swells
My will is nothing to gravity
The piercing sound of my body failing
Leaf
Delicate linen upon a willowy stem
Bath
Soft thunder fills the porcelain bed
